Site Build Required

I'm afetr somebody to redisign the website for the ladies rugby team I coach to give a truely professional look and feel. At present I just have a simple CMS script on it which is sufficient, but it just looks home made.

The normal kind of stuff needs to be there - fixtures, results, match reports, league tables, top scorers, player profiles, forum, affiliates and adsense, plus anything else that would give it a 'special, look. Ideally I'd like to be able to mod the site via a php type control panel. Maybe this can all be done in joomla or whatever. If so, excellent. Creation is just not my thing as you will soon see from the current site.
