do you have Teflon coated testicles ? because when they come knocking you will need them....

I think we have all reg'd a trademark (i still do) and it is annoying when you realise down the road that it has infringed somebodies copyright and you can get nice companies and some will prey for your blood.

some will request you remove the site within a time frame and others will drs you,and some of the big boys want compensating to an inch of your life.

If your site is advertising there goods then you have no defence
