      There might be significant trademark conflicts in respect of the word "genie". O2 Holdings own a TM for many categories for the term "genie". Several others have TM's as well.

      Perhaps then hundreds or even thousands of other businesses with 'genie' in their name should be concerned...? :S

      Sounds rather an exaggeration on numbers there! :) Depends on the TM classes involved and whether they were doing business using "genie" prior to O2 filing for all their TM's on the term "GENIE" back in 2011.
