Apparently a 'checkout' doesn't count as a click until they hit the hit button.

if they reach amazon i think it counts as a click, but it still doesnt mean when they get to amazon they will still buy the product, you will prob only get 50% of checkouts as sales.

I the other day had 24 checkouts in one day but only 8 sales, but there they day before had 16 checkouts and 15 sales, I would just ignore the clicks as it always seems to be double the amount of checkouts from the site

You can get it to auto populate using the node or keyword / keyphrase, e.g. "canon camera lenses".

Unless I'm doing something wrong, the only way I have been able to find the nodes is by looking in the url (seating would be 403682011). Probably is a better way of doing it though.

You can add products individually by using the ASIN key.

Do the product descriptions get lifted straight from amazon or can you re-write them?

Ben, they are lifted from amazon, but as I mentioned in an earlier post:

But yes, you can also rewrite them.

Anyone notice they get a MySQL error if you select the FILTER option from the pages without choosing any drop down options? You then get this error:

I've got a support ticket open with FSB at the moment. I guess this is a bug.

After a quick search, it seems there are no available TBS plugins available for wordpress, although I did find a thread via Google search that suggested WP Robot has integrated it's API.

For me, TBS has been worthwhile just for the various FSB sites I now have that are creating "unique" content from amazon descriptions. I will get round to writing quality content for the better selling items at some point, but for the time being, ranking is doing well enough to get me enough sales to justify the purchase of both FSB and TBS.

PS: When you buy FSB you get a (50%?) discount on TBS.

I've just converted one of my existing sites into FSB, using another edited template I've made up.

Be interesting to see how it compares to the previous site performance, etc, fingers crossed! :)
