Your probably best going to them direct and negotiating a commission per lead deal. Offer to send them a couple of leads for free, if they convert then 99.9% of the time they will go ahead and pay you for each lead you send.- affdroplist

I am the affiliate manager for a company on AWin as well as promoting tons of merchants on the network as an affiliate, and I must say, for the money that AWin take their after sales service sucks I'm not sure how they manage to keep all of the thousands of merchants on the network.- affdroplist

No Win No Fee
I have a few personal injury claim sites, if you are looking for actual affiliate programs then it's best to just approach different companies and negotiate a cost per lead with them. Most will do this very easily, the challenge is managing the commissions :(- affdroplist
