Or perhaps that last time around there were 2 motivated bidders, vs 1 motivated buyer this time around. Buyer of this appears to be in the industry, we will never know but I imagine they would have gone higher had there been another bidder at a higher level.

Out of interest, why the name 'DNMum.com'? Not sure I understand the relevance of the word 'mum' unless I'm missing something. The name 'TalkDN.com' that the chap offered you the other week would be far better.

Given the nature of the site, I think the .com and .co.uk would need to be different sites if there was an international version, as users would either share deals in USD (US) or GBP (UK).
