    Many thanks for your replies. I've genuinely no clue as to how or how much to sell this domain for. I've checked the Google Keyword tool under the word 'haunted' with local results of 823,000 monthly searches. Does this have any bearing on its value? Sorry if this all sounds a bit noob.
