      What are the most common reasons why google wouldnt index a website?

      1) Previously banned or deindexed.
      2) No incoming links.
      3) No original content.

      From experience "no original content" this is the main reason Google would pass you by. Since Panda indexing is slow and then you could be way down in the listings.
