What do you do to keep fit?

    Hi Guys

    I bet that like me you have to spend a lot of time sat at a desk for work, so what do you do to keep fit?

    I bought a mountain bike last Christmas, and go out on it a fair bit, even if it's just for 20 minutes.

    Or, are you someone that hates exercise and does nothing?

    The mental exercise of reading your threads leaves me with no physical strength for anything else :D :p

    On a serious note, I have a professional rowing machine, it looks great!!!

    Great bits of equipment, real commercial quality.

    Horrible workouts though. Do you use it often..

    I have a dog who I walk minimum of 2 hours a day, cant say I feel particularly fit though, do too many other things (booze + junk food) to counter any good I've done.

    I play 5/6 aside at least once a week often twice then the gym 3-5 times a week.

    My fitness is pretty much down to Spinning though, love it!

    I walk to work and back 5 days a week (50 mins each way, and I'm a fast walker) and run around after my toddler daughter the rest of the time.

    I do a fair bit of strongman and strength training. I've done my AC and Rotator in my left shoulder (seeing a consultant friday) so I'm down to about 60% prime but yeah I lift heavy stuff.
