Any idea if the owner of this tag registers domains personally (I take it they do as they aren’t accredited)? If so, how can I get in touch? No website, phone or email listed on Nominet. Wanting to negotiate a domain that’s registered under his tag, but don’t want to make a binding offer through Dan.com to start discussions.
If your not prepared to go via dan then I wouldn't bother as your offer is most properly a pathetic one.
So to see the price of the domain you think it’s fare to make a binding offer? I want to know the price, not be forced to buy it.
The only domain I’ve put a price on is Chippa.co.uk and that was a bargain BIN to begin with and it was to see if I could negotiate a more favourable price if the seller had wriggle room. Are you telling me you buy every domain at exactly the price listed and don’t negotiate? Regardless, best not to assume someone’s buying power based on 1 domain. I’m not going to buy a crap domain for £300 if I have no project in mind for it just to prove I have money to buy a second hand domain. I have a budget that varies significantly based on wether it’s a domain I like and impulse buy, or a domain I’m hunting for and is perfect for my business idea.
