Question for Nominet

You've decided to publish a '3 cases respondent table'. Shouldn't you also publish a '3 cases complainant table' to balance this issue? i.e. if a complainant fails in 3 separate DRSs shouldn't that be reported in exactly the same way?

Anyone elses views welcome on this.

Reverse domain hijacking decisions are as rare as hens teeth Nigel - so much so that I seldom plead it unless I have spare words and it is really worth it.

Nice idea though, in the interests of balance. But with so few decisions going against complainants, would there be anyone on the table!
