99% chance there will be... there always seems to be some regulation or other waiting to trip the unwary affiliate up in the UK!

To Alien and others who think like him,

Dont say things you dont know specially if you can hurt others, There is no conection between schems that you may seen or herd of and our program!

Truth be told, there are people selling controlled meds online and that is in fact illigal, but, (and thats a big but) all the meds we are selling are FDA and W.H.O approved and are not controlled meds, so you can rest assure that we are not promotion an illigal business here.

It is illegal to advertise a prescription only drug within the UK (hence no google adwords on Viagra).

It is illegal within the UK for a seller to provide a prescription only drug without a doctor's prescription.

It is legal to perform an online consultation and provide an online prescription in the UK, for certain drugs but not all. This may be achieved by an online medical questionnaire being reviewed by a registered doctor.

It is legal to import a prescription only drug into the UK on a personal basis, if not for resale, provided it is not on a list of restricted drugs (basically those on the list of controlled drugs I believe).

This applies to UK sales, and I am sure Tony is very aware of these regulations and the penalties for breaking them. If he is selling these drugs from the US then no problem. If you as an affiliate are providing his US site with UK traffic, then probably no problem. If you set up a white-label site, hosted in the US then... well you can see where I am going.

I have to agree with Caz on this one, is this really what we want for Acorn?
