Wanted: Domain Appraisal Appraisal: hydrogenbikes.co.uk

Hi all, looking for an appraisal and some advice as this is the first time I've got involved in selling one of my 40+ domains.

The site has just gone up and I'm currently building it to be an informative site all about hydrogen bikes. I'm approaching manufacturers too for advertising/content. It's all in the early stages and I'm no doubt going to be a busy boy.

I've little work on and subsequently low on funds, so I must ask is the domain worth money now? If so, please let me know your thoughts.

Should I develop the domain in to a full blown site as planned? Will this make it worth more and worth the effort filling it with content?

Could I lease the domain?

Where's the best place to auction a domain such as this?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm a newbie on here but will soon be answering such questions myself for others as time goes on.

- Very little because the technology is not mainstream yet.

- No, it is too early to fully develop the site because the technology isn't mainstream.

Could I lease the domain?
- Very doubtful, too early again.

Where's the best place to auction a domain such as this?

Tech domains are fine to buy early and hold, I have quite a few, such as holoviewers, but you won't be able to realise much value until the technology becomes reality.
