Impossible to say until you've actually developed it!

Depends on lots of things - e.g. traffic, revenue, design, what else is included (e.g. hosting), etc, etc, etc. Why don't you develop it and ask for an appraisal again in 3 - 6 months to get a better idea?

Undeveloped - nada.
