retail-jobs.net is fine for development purposes and AdSense revenue, you could turn a profit if you developed the site. A good sale to a fellow domainer/developer would be in the early hundreds. If you actually developed the site and could prove traffic, you might be able to convince a recruitment company to part with a bit more cash for it, but now isn't a great time to be selling.

top-ups.net I'm not really hugely excited about, it's just not that valuable a search term.

I've got a load of me.uk's so I wanted to spread the risk a bit.

I think that housing one was a beauty - 165k exact matches - can you imagine when the market recovers ?

Presumably you'll put an adsense site up ? I'm not sure wether I want to get into adsense. I know it pays with decent traffic but I want to concentrate on deep-linked affiliate sites.

I wonder if estate agents offer affiliate programs ?

I'll pm you if I find any other beauties. In the meantime I've got 15 sites to build so my own domain purchases will be put on hold for a while - which given my recent acquisitions is probably not such a bad thing.

Oh, I noticed sandals.me.uk was available. Big traffic. I know it's a travel trade name though, so I'm not sure if you can work with it.
