1. The accounting system is server based so you can log in via the web.
2. It will run on your own domain name and your own hosting account - when you buy it, its completely yours! Mine runs on www.seanflynn.co.uk/control
3. Full user name and password facility.
4. Once logged in you have complete control of the home page you can upload any picture you wish( re-size feature also been added!) and add text via the built in content management system, key words, description, meta title, page title, and 5 bodies so that you can add text. (Mine has been up for a week and I am ranked No1 for sean flynn on google - not bad

5. ADD DOMAINS - simply add the domain name you have sold into this part! of course also you have notes section whislt adding the domain name, this can all be edited any time.
6. LIST DOMAINS - This is where it shows you what domains are in the system and there details, running down page.
7. Customers Section
A - Generate Invoice - Basically creates a PDF with invoice number, logo, price etc..
B - Manage Customers - Search facility so you can manage your customers, you also have options of modifying infomation in there.
Reports -
A - View web stats - nice intergration on web stats and google rankings.
B - Invoice History - This is where you can simply view all the invoices that have been generated with the PDF.
Also onced logged in there is also a couple of other features one of which is you can see how much money you have made from selling domains and also you can download an xls file with all domains that have been sold and there details. You can also add simple notes in log in screen (reminders etc..)

I have had a developer build me a full accounting system built especially for the control of domain names.
I am thinking of selling pahse1 for £299.00 including set up. This will be on your own domain name, I set mine up live on sean flynn dot co dot uk.
