I'm trying to point a bunch of domains at the namedrive DNS servers, so individual MODIFY emails are not practical.

My (cut-down) email is:

filter: key = 'xxxxxx.co.uk' or key = 'xxxxxxx.co.uk' or key = 'xxxxxxx.co.uk'
update: nservers = [ 'ns1.fastpark.net','ns2.fastpark.net' ]

I sign it with my normal PGP key and email it to the correct BULK email address, but I just get back:

"V048 Signature did not match the text"

Am I doing something wrong?

You aren't signing it and then adding more domains are you?

I think it usually means the text is different to what was signed.

No, I sign it and then copy paste into an email message and then send, which is why I'm confused. Nominet support sugegsted the same and a few other things. Unfortunately I guess it's the way Outlook is handling the long filter line (47 domain names) and either adding blanks lines (as it does) or something.

I will try another way of getting the email to them without using Outlook.

Thanks, at least I'm not going mad! :)

You are definately using text mode in outloook not html

When I sent it as:

filter: key = 'xxxx.co.uk'
or key = 'xxxx.co.uk'
or key = 'xxxx.co.uk'
or key = 'xxxx.co.uk'
update: nservers = [ 'ns1.fastpark.net','ns2.fastpark.net' ]

ie, each on a seperate line, it worked OK. Hurrah! :)

I think its the word-wrap in outlook that screws the pgp sig up.
