I did try it within a virtual PC. To be honest, I have seen much better flavours of Linux. Linux without full-featured shell is not something I like. Especially if to get Bash you should use developer mode. I might be asking too much from consumer-orientated *nix, but still they are many other feature-reach or slick Linux distros around.
P.S. We are talking about Chromium OS here, Chrome comes only bundled, if I am not mistaken.
