please anyone know or use any good classified software and can recommend me plz ?

i am looking at the sort of gumtree.com with maybe same features but different look .

Also my second question is i have a little budget ,so if i cannot find any great software i am thinking of hiring some pros to build it for me .
If anyone did some sort of these before plz can you point me to the right direction or give me approx how much it might cost me plz .
