com.org.uk - Reserved?

Just checking some .org.uk's and notice that com.org.uk (and .co.uk) is reserved by Nominet.

Is this to prevent any confusion on extension, etc? Shame really, be good to use/own.

PS: Also noticed that net.org.uk (and .co.uk), biz.org.uk, org.org.uk (and .co.uk) is reserved too.
