Hi Tifosi,
I would value this name at £795 for a quick sale or £945 should you wish to hold out a bit longer. Yes it could have a vast array of alternate possibilities for development which would obviously be more beneficial than selling straight away.

However, speedy returns to cover initial investments and pay for other renewals are what most are looking for wouldn't you agree. Let me know should you require the odd appraisal and I'll see what I can do; we have had quite a lot of sales to date so can provide a fairly accurate indication of CMV (current market values) for names.
