I should perhaps pick up the phone, however how do you complain about a complainant's complaint and the content within when it's defamatory and shows me in bad light beyond the point of necessity?

I have made a complaint but I'm not sure if it will go unanswered. Or if even complaining about a complainant's complaint is possible? I'll probably pick up the phone later, this is just my way of calming down - what a silly situation, the complainant shouldn't even have been allowed the line of personal attack that they have entered on to record.

6. Without Prejudice

a. Documents and information which are 'without prejudice' (or are marked as being 'without prejudice') may be used in submissions and may be considered by the Expert except that the Expert will not consider such materials if:

i. they are generated within Informal Mediation; or

ii. the Expert believes that it is in the interests of justice that the document or information be excluded from consideration.

Could I effectively use 6 a i. to request the expert to consider not allowing the part causing the defamation of character and in doing so, removing that text from the decision process if the expert feels inclined to agree?
