Confused !

Sorry to double post but can I refer to message in domain name news
above (re De Beers) as something strange has occured. First I checked and sure that the domains mentioned were taken, then went back and they showed Free so regged them both and both now appear regged to me. How come I wonder ??
I might be making some mistake somewhere ????

To be honest thats all I can put it down to. It may be that he lost the case today and deleted them just as I went to reg them 2nd time ,the 1st time showing as taken, but cannot find that in the news yet. If anyone knows anymore about the case and whether he won id be interested,
