Depends if you desperately need your own private ones, but I use www.sharedproxies.com.

I am using BHS vps that comes with a proxy finder and if you are interested I can share access with you on sharing basis and you might find it useful as well.

You don't want to set up your own VPN instead ?
Rather than use proxies from questionable sources, that may even be sniffing your traffic...
That's why I am asking about the intended purpose.

Thanks to everyone who replied. I'm sorry but I don't want to disclose the purpose. Needless to say, privacy on the traffic itself wouldn't be a major issue.
