Definitely worth something as UK citizens have the highest debt levels in Europe and amongst the highest the world. Just read that the average Brit. is around £20k in debt.
I'd develop it, quite frankly, as when the chickens come home to roost and the nine year false boom ends, people are going to need serious debt advice.

Havent really measured traffic etc to be honest therefore I would accept a low price for the domain.
A site with a domain like this has huge potential however sadly I dont have time to develop one as I have sooo many other projects on the go right now.
