Even with the .co.uk having the oldest registration date, this seem a good price for the buyer imo, i see the word "Energy" as a name that could be used succesfully on either .co.uk or .org.uk

On the presumption that the buyer doesn't own the .co.uk (or even if they do) the .uk situation for this domain is irrelevant.

If they don't own the domain the buyer has probably purchased the domain to develop, or if not to sit on. Either way I don't think .uk devalues it at all.
