To be fair Paul I think that is a very cheap price for locals.co.uk, wish I had the time to develop that one as it's worth a bit more than 5k.

Yea agreed 5k is a good price. I bid on behalf of someone and they let me down and pulled out, my mistake, sincere apologies and i am sure it will sell v soon.
