Any ideas for Anfield Lee?
I am in process of buying Anfield.com.
Cheers, Phil
just be prepared to defend it if LFC come in for it, they have .co.uk by the looks of it but I havent checked whois. Anyone can set up a fan site but whether they have the time to do the articles and be any good at it, get the fanbase in, get respect and yes earn a little money on the side, is another thing.
If it's for type ins, then measure your traffic and get paid for it by redirecting on contract or just the usual stuff. You could write an ebook and guide and earn money on a book called anfield, but you'd have to pay someone to write the content, generics need work so that the content and use matches the quality of the name. As people expect that.
It's not easy running a fanzine, I've been at it nearly nine years, business takes the mick and abuses your passion and going alone means you can't put as much effort into it unless you're retired. I sold part of my contract when, thankfully, I got the shove from rivals - sold so that I don't have to work on it anymore and could move to the new network, but I do and I'm happier.
Running an online fanzine is a game of war, one other site just nicked a rumour from another site and one from mine and made a story out of it. Scum. So I'll ridicule the thief in the morning.
You're a liverpool fan then or just like traffic?
