Google and Reviews - Help Please

On Google, if you search for the following keywords, results that show up from Yell, Yelp, Trip Advisor, Qype, Virtual tourist and some other sites include the review rating in Google.

burns fitness reviews
Esporta Harlow Reviews
critters cabin Reviews
Pizza Hut Plymouth Reviews

Even though pages from our websites appear in the results, from swansea-couk, harlow-couk, nottingham-couk and plymouth-couk, the actual rating doesn't appear in Google. Is there are special type of code that we need to include so Google can pull rating info off our site more easily?
