Evening all,
I've been hunting around for an alternative to Druomlapress for various reasons.
I like ProcessWire but it offers no frontend - it's a pure content management system but not a publishing package.
I have been interested in FlatFile or No Database CMSs but Get Simple didn't seem right and Pico has become unsupported.
So up pops Grav which isn't flatfile - far from it - but it doesn't have a database. I quite like how you build with it (using Twig) and it has some nice themes already (given it's being developed by RocketTheme who make loads of templates for Joomla, Drupal and Wordpress, you'd expect some reasonable themes.)
It's still in Beta and it has no admin panel. One of the themes is configured for Bootstrap. This make developing the front end a bit easier than trying to use RocketTheme's / Grav's default theme called Antimatter which has a hybrid CSS and no notes about that CSS.
Anyone, I just thought I'd mention it as I quite like it at this stage and I wondered if anyone else had any views or experience of it.
Regards.
