seems to be I missed the introductions spot last year.

Anyway, I am markus from Austria and since quite a while in the domaingame, but actually "just" in the ccTLD area. Currently I work with on a bigger project (domain aftermarket) which is now in beta phase.

After years I still have a lot of fun in this business area, probably because almost every day there is something new.

Sure, I just don´t know if it´s against any forum rules if I promote GOLEM a little ; )

The basic system of GOLEM is right now running in early open beta with the most important functions to sell domains, but without parking yet, in the meantime we offer backlinks. Our todo-list for the next months (add-ons/services/gadgets/app/etc.) is quite long, but this is actually the part which makes fun. Everything what makes sense(or what domainers/buyers does need), we will implement by keeping the system as simple as possible.

Amongst others we work on the first parking option right now(very important for competition in my eyes). The next weeks we will also add first statistics, a forwarding option, make the start page more interesting, fixing bugs, improve the english version, expand payment options, getting trust-seals, adding dutch as next language,... stuff like this. We also started first advertising to get some domainers on our platform at this early stage, e.g. at dnjournal.com(banner). You might also find first bigger sales from us at dnjournal next week.

Sorry guys, I missed in my stress to keep an eye at acorn. Lot´s to do over here, just releasaed a bigger update, the last before we introduce parking.

Wow, your mom is also interested in domains? Not nad!
I don´t know if its that easy to sell domains withing 1 year after registration, most domainser sell ~1-3% of their portfolio/year, which is actually more then enough.

It is a while ago since I traveled the world the last time, Thailand sounds not bad.

In case your are one day in Carinthia then just come over to our office for a cup of coffee or tea.

Few month ago we have had a meeting in the .uk, I can only return the compliment, great food, nice people, amazing landscapes/castles. I love the ocean and most of all the surf(even if there was no time to check out the surf). But I can imagine that you can surf pretty well up there
