    That's an exceedingly good point.

The government has trade mark on "help to buy": Class36 - Financial services related to house purchase. So I would have thought DRS would be the easiest route, but perhaps not their chosen one.

Looks like https://helptobuy.org.uk/ finally got put to work.

Looks like a low end lead gen site - no contact page or FCA permissions but must generate the business for some company or other.

Lol - the whole site is spammy but it must work.

You need to sell a lot of these types of leads unless you do them yourselves to get your £40k back.

I'm just not sure it has the legs and potentially missed its peak - also couldn't be a worse time to be launching: recession, covid, mass unemployment, credit defaults and going into winter soon which could = more potential lockdowns and job losses but it was bought in lockdown so they surely would have factored this in.

I kind of wish them luck... it's an interesting punt. I guess there are still that generation out there thick enough to visit sites like this and fill out forms, you only need 1k @ £40 comms job done.

Quite possibly and if that is the case it's probably got some nice back door vulnerabilities loaded with it as well. Although seems to be running the latest version of the divi theme, 4.5.3 which has the latest vunerbility patched. https://www.wordfence.com/blog/2020...0000-sites-using-divi-extra-and-divi-builder/
