How accurate would this formula be?

Hi,

I know domain subjectivity is especially crucial, but how accurate would the following formula be when comparing exact matches across TLDs?

.com = 10X .co.uk = 100X .org.uk

Is that roughly a good guide, or is there just no guide?

I think you can compare .co.uk to .co.uk.

It doesn't work for comparing .com to .co.uk.

I've got two identical domains in my sig - one os a .com the other a .co.uk. I wouldn't say the .com is 10x the value of the .co.uk. In fact, as they are UK focused the .co.uk would have more value.

However, if you were comparing jobs.com and jobs.co.uk, you'd probably say that the .com is 10x the value, as the the target market is so much greater in the US.
