Question How To Outbound?

I have some awesome names, And I've tried to outbound before. I know that there are outbound lead services or listings from Estibot or DomainIndex, can't recall. But can anyone with experience in this, Brokers, Successful Dmainers, please clue me in. I would love to know how without over saturating the market. And general tips would be appreciated by everyone I'm sure. I've tried sending emails. And got as far as a phonecail.. Does anyone want to broker my names? Or create a new domain group or network?
