I've got a very innovative property site languishing on the shelf. It got great coverage when it was launched a couple of years back across a lot of the web 2 blogs like mashable. It's UK focused, with a pagerank of 4 with some good incoming links (from reputable blogs etc) but traffic + income is currently low.
It is all custom-built, with some genuinely cutting edge code in it. It's totally automated, but could do with some extra effort to add some more income-generating features. It sits on a cheap server at the moment.
To properly commercialise it, you would need to be a fairly savvy coder with good SEO skills.
Sale would include brand, name (com and co.uk), email database, code, etc. All for discussion.
Open to offers and interesting ideas as I haven't got the time or attention to take it forward, but think that it's a shame to let it sit on a shelf gathering dust.
