You should try posting at scriplance.
I have used a few times for projects and always been happy with the results.

I should have stated these projects range from reinstall complete server software (due to hack). Posted as emergency and completed within 50 mins of posting (all back up and running and decent firewall installed) through to mysql programming and x-cart mods (my own mods)

Never not been satisfied with the work. My advice is if you do decide to proceed, choose someone who has good feedback. It is well worth the little bit extra it is going to cost.
