Krystal Hosting - Awesome Service

About an hour ago I managed to delee all 100 plus sites I had at Krystal Hosting.

I put in a support ticket and 2 emails and a phone call later I am back in business. Thanks ever so much to Tom at Krystal.

In my book, that is phenomenal support. I assumed it would have taken days to sort out.

I am mightily relieved and least I will be able to leave tonight!

Nah its a pretty simple back up, you will have likely lost around 10 hours of data, or if they recovered it, as little as half an hour, and 100 sites would be maybe 2-3gb ? so about half hour to sort

Always good to know which hosts are good on disaster recovery tho

I agree it's not terribly complicated but the point is that I managed to deal with a real person who got me sorted within an hour late at night. Dread to think how some of the cheap US hosts would have dealt with my stupidity!

Krystal Hosting offer an awesome service.
Been with them for a while now and have been really impressed.

I would highly recommend them to everyone, especially UK based people.
