Krystal Hosting

Not sure whats happened over at Krystal but their support as gone to pot.

All my sites down for 12 hours so far today and no support forthcoming from them at all. I get the impression that they don't know the cause.

They should at least keep the lines of communication open, rather than just burying their head in the sand and hoping I go away.

Off to look for new hosting....

I had account with krystal had so much down time with them and a big issue is not having 24-7 support even when there support was open it was slow !

Moved over to WebHostingBuzz as i have heard good things
