List of dropped names

I read somewhere - don't ask me wehere I have just spent the last two days trying to find it again - that all Nominet TAG holders get a list of dropped names after (not before obvioulsy) they have beed dropped. The post I read said that this list was posted on a FTP site somewhere.

Is this just utter nonsense or is it in fact true?
