list-request?

Hi Guys,

I am with fasthosts exchange and i never get the nominet list-request, i have another personal email somewhere else and thats been fine for years, but has stopped working.

Does anybody use list-request? what hosting company are you with? they obviuosly dont trash the list-request when it hits the servers.

I would be looking for move my personal and work email across.

Can anyone receommed any good hosts?
