I have been "lurking", as people call it on this forum for a week or two and getting interested in the domain market.
Basically it started with me coming across the .eu landrush and getting carried away buying about 20 names. Couple of examples are (autoimports.eu , xbox360live.eu).
Have moved to buying a few .co.uk domain names recently such as premierconstruction.co.uk and petron.co.uk.(something to do with archery or golfclubs....:-D lol)
Basically, not much of a clue with domains, but buy what i like the sound of and which i think i could make a bit of money on...Hopefully.
I am in full time employment so this is just a bit of fun, but any advise on what to do with my domains would be appreciated.

A typical example would be www.bellezza.co.uk

Bellezza seems a popular single name as most domains are taken...what can i do with this.....any suggestions please.

Last point.....had a great laugh over the post about the name 3illion domain name....Keep up the good work

parked on namedrive for 2 weeks, 26 views , 5 clicks, $0.71 revenue.

don't think i'll be retiring just yet....

Doesnt look like it worked out :-D

You can use Namedrive to see what people are searching for to tailor your keywords accordingly.

Are they searching for Golf Clubs or Petronlofts.co.uk ?

So that's about £20 over two years at least you got your money back. Do that 100 times and that's £700 a year nett. Still, I'm glad you got it.

Considering petron.co.uk seems to be one of my better performing names that is parked on namedrive i don't think i'll mention the rest...

You mentioned you can use namedrive to find out what people are searching for/ clicking on....how is this done ?

Can you find out which clicks earn the best money and taylor your search word to that..

I have set up my own search words.....should i contact namedrive and get them to do it ??

Go to a domain in question and click 'settings' this will show you the searches/clicks for each area.

Play around with the keywords (no more that 1/2) and keep an eye on them on a daily/weekly basis.

A neccersary habit?

I have 200 with Namedrive and check them all on a daily basis.

Looked at a dropped domain this morning.. not sure if it can/should be typed in full, but i'm sure you have seen it.. femalesqui.......co.uk.
It ain't femalesquids.co.uk.

It has a ov of 13 and 653 as two seperate words.

What would/could you do with this....., just the domain name puts me of somehow...lol:-D

It has an OV with extension of zilch. 13 without extension.
