I'm looking at the use of a domain name as a company name and whether it'll be infringing on others. For example a plumber's company.

I own:

plumbb.co.uk

example.co.uk exists owned by Plumb UK Ltd.
plumb.co.uk exists by Plumb Ltd

Am I safe to form Plumbb Ltd in the same industry?

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this type of question.

How are you going to counter traditional advertising many will see it as a spelling mistake etc Why name something that creates confusion unless your trying to steal traffic etc and chances are all your advertising etc would benefit them not you ? G search auto correct wouldn't do you any favours There is one called PLUMBB! LIMITED (Company No. 05159325) but not PLUMBB LIMITED If it works for you then go ahead personally think its pretty dumb or is it dumbb ?
