I have noticed that the ND website and all their customers parked domain pages are also down today! I'm not sure how long they have been offline for now but it sure would be good to get notification of these events when they occur by way of a simple email. If anyone else has contacted them and received an answer to this problem I'd be grateful if you could let me know what they've said. Thanks!

Hi Danny,

Firstly I would like to apologize for getting back to you late on this, I was away the last week.
However I do feel this problem still needs addressing.
Occasionally we do have to take down our services for maintenance although this normally lasts less than an hour. We try to do this at the quietest times possible, and do compensate any and all revenues by averaging the revenue out and adding the percentage at the final payout, so you, our clients should never lose money on this.
