Near Misses

I was just looking back through my emails and noticed that I offered $10,000 for hotels.la back in 2009!

I was probably hoping to flip it, as I didn't have a spare $10k then!

The seller said no, so I just moved on.

Anyway - I see it was a 'near miss' as it is still for sale, and has a price of $2,999.

Anyone else dodged a bullet?

I was going to bid on Lnvestor.com which is currently on NJ.

When "l" is lowercase it looks like an "i".
