Hopefully they'll stamp on this sort of thing sooner rather than later, the top 9 domains for "payday loans" in serps are:

2 - payday-guaranteedloans.co.uk - Registered on: 15-May-2013
3 - uk1hourpaydayloans.co.uk - Registered on: 17-May-2013
4 - monkey-payday.co.uk - Registered on: 10-May-2013
5 - myauntloans.co.uk - Registered on: 22-May-2013
6 - piggyloansonline.co.uk - Registered on: 15-May-2013
7 - paydayloanscomplete.co.uk - Registered on: 20-May-2013
8 - nocheck24h-paydayloans.co.uk - Registered on: 19-Apr-2013

I'm seeing some changes that have only happened over the last few hours on Google.co.uk.

Good luck to anyone who depends on search engines for traffic to make a living.

Next 48hrs of stats will reveal all... Not looking forward to it that's for sure!

Be interesting to see what happens.

I had sites hit with manuals and panda 2 years ago, since then I've tried to learn my lesson and play it as clean as possible.. apart from an expired domain or two.

I'm pretty confident if I do see big changes for my sites they will only be positive  (famous last words lol).

Whatever happens, I'm going to abide by what I learned from the first Panda and Penguin updates.

When these were rolled out I spent a month re-doing my main site each time to take on board all the speculative advice offered by the experts - and all to no avail.

But I slowly recovered.

With last year's major update I took another approach. I did absolutely nothing different to my site.

And it worked. Traffic has been very good for quite a while now.

So what I've learned is to not go chasing the Panda or Penguin.

Hope everyone done ok?
My sites all gained big time, dominating certain niches shame as not in that market anymore but nice to see my do F’all strategy paid off 

Not seeing too much that has effected me *touch wood*

Seen quite big drop for a few sites i know are owned by acorners :(

and a site in one of my areas who do some crazy bad link building have stayed high! ridiculous!

Hopefully it's still rolling out.

No change in my niche, very new crap sites in bad neighborhood link schemes still dominating the top results

Google really haven't a clue what is good or bad - that is glaringly obvious.

No change in any of my sites YET

EDIT: I thought google wanted to combat showing loads of results from one url in the search results. Ive just searched "things to do with the kids" as the school holidays are approaching and the first page has 7 yes SEVEN results from the same site. WTF

Seeing massive changes in the serps, some of it dross like different pages from the same website dominating the top 10 spots for the phrase I searched for.

One site of mine is pretty static, the other has dropped like a brick. It's really annoying because I put this up and made sure it wasn't spammy, no links built, etc, and it's still dropped off page 1 to be replaced by a load of sh*te.

It is kinda shocking when you build a site that follows all of the google guidelines, with quality content, no spam etc (you get the idea) and the black hat ones still outrank you.

Maybe we should all do the complete opposite to what google tell us to....

I don't think it matters what anyone does, my own belief formed over the last few updates is that Google are moving slowly and surely to a paid-only model, where if you don't pay you don't get any traffic.

I think all of these steps are to force people to pay, since it seems to be the legitimate sites that get hit the worst (i.e those conducting commerce), to get them used to it, and that over time page 1 will have no natural results, just Googles own comparators and shopping channels, ads, Youtube, Images, and maybe be places for local searches.

It's simple - if you want to be online and earning you have to give Google a cut of your earnings, problem is they're so fecking greedy they want the lions share after you've done all of the work, put in all of the effort, and are taking all of the risks.

it's corporatism at it's worst.
