Review Site Script

Does anyone know any review site scripts that can be relatively easy customized to be similar (not same) as reviewcentre/com?

I want to eventually include PPC, Affiliate marketing and paid banners into the site as it generates more traffic.
Happy to pay for a good script or easy build site, also happy to pay for custom graphics to achieve the right look.

Next question, how does one start a review site with no reviews?

One that I have been looking at is jreviews, its a plugin for joomla.

I havn't used it yet but from the demo and examples it looks powerfull and flexible.
