I think he just wants people to visit his site, is there anywhere I can complain and take this fraudster off his site? still haven't reply him yet.

Yeah, of course, but I mean, other than that!
For example, by asking Takwa all these things, then he can come back and pretend to be another person and be better prepared for the negotiation. I find it easier to deal with people once I know at least approximately how much they want/would settle for.
