For a name like this, it's hard to place a value undeveloped... it's worth what someone's willing to pay for it, which might not agree with you at all. So, the options are sit on it until you get an offer you're willing to accept, or develop and then flip it.

However, big negatives for this: scribblr.com, scribbler.com and scribbler.co.uk are already registered, so I don't see it as good for a brandable. One of those site's owners might even view it as a typo domain.
