scrolling results in google serps?!?!?

I must have been hiding under a stone unless this is a new thing.
check out this (it's a google search for 'ski cross') and the results page is something i've not come across before.

any site listing you might have had from 1/2 way down and beyond will now be on page two .... not good

They've been doing this for a while in lots of different formats - static & scrolling, and at the top, middle and bottom of pages.

Not too nice really is it?

have seen the static ones b4, but live dynamic results is a first.

Note to self, investigate further.
