Former gov Home Office website in the personal identity theft sector from 2004 to 2013. Thousands of backlinks, including many high authority. From 2014 onwards, the domain was 302 forwarded on to a new official website (can see in web archive) so it's impossible to say whether the PR6 is genuine, however domaincrawler.com shows it's been PR5 and PR6 as far back as it's records show (back to 2011 at least), well before the redirect.
Domain 2: PR5 - DA50 / PA56 - ￡500+VAT
